Leaks
I think I have a leak. What should I do first?
Before you break a tile, wait a while and give us a call. If water is actively running, close the main valve. We locate the leak with ultrasonic equipment so we open only the spot that needs opening, then repair or replace the pipe, fitting or fixture that failed.
My water bill went up but I can't see any water. Is that a leak?
Often, yes. Underground and in-slab leaks tend to show up on the bill before they show up on the floor. We can check the meter and trace the line to confirm.
Blockages
How do you clear a blocked drain?
For ordinary clogs we snake or rod the line. For grease, sludge or tree roots we use hydro jetting, which pushes water through the pipe at up to 4,000 PSI and scours the walls clean. If a line keeps blocking, we run a camera through it to find out why.
Do you clean grease traps?
Yes. Grease trap cleaning is a regular part of our commercial maintenance work for restaurants, hotel kitchens and cafeterias.
Installations & Construction
Do you take on new construction?
Yes, both residential and commercial. A commercial build needs a different approach from a house, and our team is trained on both. We work from your drawings and pressure-test before handover.
Can you install fixtures I have already bought?
Yes. Bring the fixture and we will fit it. If a part is missing or the fitting is wrong for your line, we will tell you before we start.

We are based in Ocho Rios, St. Ann, and we travel to every parish in Jamaica. Call and tell us where you are.
Are you available at night and on weekends?
The emergency line is open 24 hours. For non-urgent work we will book a time that suits you.
